1) Can this really be the answer to my weight struggles?
Yes it can. It's important to understand that the actions you take on a daily basis that you don't even think about are the key to long lasting weight loss. It's possible to burn hundreds of calories each day without even knowing you're doing so. Your subconscious mind is what controls close to 90% of all of your automatic actions. If your subconscious mind is pre-programmed against losing weight, your automatic actions will ensure that you don't lose weight. All the dieting and exercise in the world can't possibly counteract the power of your subconscious mind. The vast majority of men and women who are overweight have minds that are completely programmed against weight loss. Some know it, but most don't. 3) What does the subconscious mind have to do with losing weight?
In a word, everything. Psychologically speaking, your subconscious mind stores all memories you've experienced with your 5 senses as a sequence of images in your mind. It stores the emotion of each memory within itself, and produces automatic physical and emotional reactions when either the memory arises, or an experience similar to a past one presents itself. In many cases with one that's overweight, old memories of events experienced today will trigger these automatic reactions to compel one to eat when not hungry, and commit acts of self sabotage without knowing why. No, this is not a diet. In fact, this is the complete opposite of a diet. Diets restrict you, while the Instinctive Weight Loss System empowers you. 6) Will I have to count calories, carbs, or fat?

10) Do I have to listen to all 7 hours at one time?
No. The Instinctive Weight Loss System is broken up into 6 different phases, each with 2 separate audio files to listen to. It is recommended that you listen to the first part of each phase, then listen to the second part at least 3 times on separate days. This will help the information become embedded into your subconscious mind.

11) Can I listen to it while driving?
It's recommended that you don't listen to it while driving for safety reasons. There will be times when you'll be asked to close your eyes to focus on a specific task. The best times to listen are when you have minimal or no distractions.

You should listen to the first part of each phase once to start. The second part of each phase should be listened to on at least 3 separate occasions on different days. If your goal is to be a size 0, and your body's natural weight is conducive to being a size 0, then absolutely. To clarify, if you are 100lbs overweight and have a very large bone structure, it may be unhealthy for you to be a size 0. However; if you have 20lbs to lose, have a thin bone structure, and your goal is to be a size 0, then you can absolutely achieve that with this system.

23) Can I really eat whatever I want and lose weight?

24) How is this system different from Hypnosis for Losing Weight?
Hypnosis has been proven to be a very successful means of achieving long term weight loss, especially when combined with a sound nutrition and exercise plan. One reason this system is very different than just Hypnosis is that it works to not only engage the subconscious mind, but it works to alter one's conscious perceptions about food, their body, and their environment. If someone's conscious mind isn't okay with what is being suggested to the subconscious mind, the results will be suppressed.
