The best decision I ever made was to let go of my skepticism and buy this product. I was a non-believer in anything except good, old fashioned diets. I didn't understand how not dieting would help me lose weight.
I bought this system, and it has changed my life in many ways. First and foremost, I no longer look at myself in disgust. Although I'm not close to my ideal figure, I have hope, and look at myself in a better way every day. I have lost 33lbs so far, and it's been so easy.
The only downfall to this system is that it's very long. 7.5 hours. For me, there were a few parts that were not completely relevant. But looking at what it's done for me already, and my for my outlook on life, I would listen to 20 hours. If you have a lot of weight to lose, please do not diet again. I tried over 20 of them, and they do nothing but make you feel worse and guilty all the time. This system is great, especially if you have a lot of weight to lose.
I strongly feel that it has saved my life, my marriage, and my hope. Thank you for creating such a wonderful product. |

4 months ago, I took the plunge and bought this system. I didn't know what to expect since I've dieted and exercised on and off my entire life, all with minimal results. It states that you can lose weight without dieting, so I thought, "What's the worst that can happen?"
Well, I have to say that upon first listening to it, I was absolutely blown away. I finally realize now that just about everything I've done, believed and thought about losing weight was completely wrong. Not only was it wrong, it contributed to my weight gain over the years.
I am down 47lbs, and have done it without dieting, and without exercising. I eat everything I used to eat, just less of it. The best part is that I don't want to eat more. I really am losing weight without having to think about it. The gigantic burden of obsessing about my body, food, and my lack of exercise has been lifted, and I feel amazing about my future. Thanks for saving my life!

I LOST WEIGHT!
I have lost over 20 pounds so far.
I have not dieted. I have not exercised. I have not been hungry. The only effort that I've made is to press play on my CD player at bed time.
This is no coincidence. What has changed? My attitudes toward food.
Now, I eat when I'm hungry. I quit eating when I am full. I no longer feel the need to finish everything on my plate. I eat breakfast every day. I eat slowly and enjoy my food, but do not eat for pleasure. I now choose what to eat based on its nutritional value. I can now tell you with confidence and honesty that "I can eat what I want, and I won't gain weight"
For the record, I have not yet reached my goal. I still have a long way to go, but the weight is still coming off at 1-2 pounds per week during the holiday season.
This is not a diet.
DIETS DO NOT WORK.

Think about it. If diets worked, we would diet, lose weight, and never diet again.
If that was how it has worked, I wouldn't be writing this and you wouldn't be reading it.
I highly recommend this weight loss system.

I'm still just working with the system. I've gotten through all the phases only once so far in a relatively short period of time, but I've already seen results in my confidence, weight, behavior, and attitude towards food.
I almost can't believe it! I never realized how many times I would eat "just because" when I wasn't really physically hungry. This has really opened my eyes to what physically hungry really is. It also has taken away my anxiety with food. I finally realize when I'm full and I don't just eat it because its in front of me or because its a time when I used to normally eat (i.e. TV time).
Its been so easy. This is worth every penny. I HIGHLY recommend this system if you TRULY want to finally get healthy, feel better, and as a result work towards a healthy weight. |

Thanks so much for your system! I can see and feel a difference every day - not just weight loss, but also the way I "magically" seem to have new good, healthy habits. However, I just finished Phase 4 and seem to have a problem with knowing when I'm hungry - I went from ALWAYS feeling hungry - to almost never! I'm really not sure I'm eating enough - which is unbelievable! I eat first thing when I get up - then a little breakfast (maybe a piece of fruit) after a couple of hours - but then not I really don't feel that hungry for the rest of the day. I almost have to force myself to eat lunch and dinner! Maybe I'm just missing other signs? I do make sure I eat something, as I have a tendency to get migraines when I skip meals, but my hunger meter seems to be stuck on "full". Is there anything you can recommend? Thanks for something that finally WORKS! I would never have believed I could have this problem! |

This is one of the best investments I have ever made--and without a doubt, the best one I have ever made in my pursuit of a healthy body and a lower weight! I have been listening to the series of CD's for about 3-4 weeks and not only have I lost two pounds every week and lowered my body fat percentage, but I have seen tremendous changes in other areas of my life as well---improved attitude, positive mental outlook, less stress, improved confidence, greater self esteem and more smiles...and as the program indicates, it is practically effortless.
My single regret is that the marketing line for the book uses another of those "Lose 30 lbs in 60 days" lines which tends to put it in the ranks with gimmicky products that draw people in with unrealistic promises of results. I am finding that this program actually DOES produce results but consumers may pass it by as another empty promise. It is NOT!!!
While the use of this program to achive results does not require a lot of physical effort or deprivation, it does take effort--or a return investment--as well. And what you have to give is your time---time to listen to the series of CD's, follow the suggestions, and do the few short exercises it recommends (not the jumping jack, touch your toes variety, but writing down your thoughts on the current topic, or taking a minute sometime each day to review your accomplishments and give yourself a pat on the back for the changes you have made and the new behaviors you are adopting--effortlessly and healthfully!)
I believe that the mental and behavioral changes that the program initiates are indeed a means of making this the final weight loss (health achieving)program that I will ever have to use.
I am looking forward to my continued success and to enjoying all the healthful benefits that are already underway. I can see my new body at the end of the tunnel. I believe it...and I will achieve it! |

Thank you for this life changing system. It is exactly what I was looking for. Last year, I came closer to my goal weight than I ever have using the 6 week body makeover system.
Then I just stopped and didn't exactly know why. I knew I consciously wanted to lose weight BADLY, so I didnt understand what was holding me back. I started seeing a psychologist who didn't help me figure it out either and I gradually started putting on weight again. I came across this system on amazon while looking for a subliminal system.
You see, I knew the problem was in my head, I just didn't really understand why or how. The system made sense from the beginning, and I have now gone through Phase 5. I want to have this imprinted in my head a little better before I listen to Phase 6.
When dieting, I tend to get on the scale everyday. I havent been able to stay off completely, but I have dropped to about 1x/2 week. I have lost 19 lbs now, and it's been 7 weeks. I have eaten everything I wanted, and for this reason, for the first time, I believe I will STAY successful.
I will see where my mind and activity level are when I finish Phase 6 and will purchase Train Your Brain if I think it might help. I am very excited about what the future holds.
I'm thinking we need to get you on Oprah so that everyone can know the power of their subconscious mind...I hope she's high on the "to do" list!

| Dear Mr. Young, I had to write and tell you that your complete Instinctive Weight Loss System is AMAZING. I'm still working with it, but I'm proud to say that within 3 weeks I'm seeing results and feeling great. It truly has been easy and worth every cent I paid for it and every minute of the time I invested. I will never "diet" again. Thank you so much for helping me find my confidence as well as changing my whole attitude towards my relationship with food. It has been a truly incredible experience. ,,I have to say that you should consider doing something similar for other issues maybe smoking/addiction or even just a general confidence building system. You could change the lives of so many more people--not just those of us that need to lose weight. ,,Again, thank you for helping me regain control of not only my health and weight, but my life.
